Okay, no gang wars.

I'm turning the comments back on for this entry.. I just didn't trust one person in particular ;> no matter what my warning, because I really didn't want to think about it at all. So instead, here are happier moments.

TAKING PICTURES

No, we didn't coordinate that. [Here's a shot of the group, if you're curious, and be kind about my face being red, I was hot ]

AT THE DANCE
Janice: wow, the decorations are actually pretty nice.
[someone, I forget who]: Low expectations and all.
[someone else]: It is our ASB.

DURING THE DANCE
Janice: You know, I've accidentally hit about six other people's butts on this dance floor now.
Victor: Sureitwasaccidentally.
Janice: Ha.

[DJ is playing salsa music]
DJ: And now it's time to flip the tortilla~!
Everyone: ?
[music from "the other side of the tortilla" starts playing]
Our group: Time to leave, we think.

Casey: They're playing white music now.
Janice: What the heck is that?
Casey: You know. White music. Me music.

SAME CONVERSATION

Casey: --- although, at least I'm not JUSTIN.
Janice: What did he do this time?
Casey: Because he's.. he's.. YUCK, he's dating Winn's SISTER.
Janice: Yeah, er.. is that .. incestual? (Or something?)
Casey: Yuck, OF COURSE it is.

LATER
Victor: I didn't think it was THAT bad.
Janice: It's Casey?

LATER
Jessica: OMG. Is that Stacy?
Janice: Yeah.
Jessica: What is she doing?
Janice: I believe it's called dancing.
Jessica: That's - that's - that's GYRATING. How COULD SHE?
Janice: Jealous?
Jessica: NO, it's just WRONG. ::snarls::
Victor [overhears]: o.O What did you do this time?
Janice: -___-;

MUCH LATER

Quayle: Here are your goldish. [holds out a goldfish bowl]
Victor: That fish is..
Janice: ... It's dead.
Quayle: Oh, whooooops. [calls out] We got another one~
Everyone: ....

WALKING BACK TO THE CAR
Goldfish bowl count: Three
- one in the road (literally)
- one on the sidewalk
- one on the steps

How could they not realize that this was a bad idea? >.> Case in point, me.

DISCUSSING THE FISH
Janice: I'm gonna end up killing these fish, huh..
Victor: Then why'd you get them?
Janice: Because I wanted the bowl, duh.
Victor: .. You're a cruel, cruel person.

AT BJ'S

Victor: And malt liquor has a percentage of about 7-8%...
Jessica [teasing]: How do YOU know so much about alcohol, Victor?
Victor: 'Cuz I drink.
Jessica: o.O What, really? [genuinely shocked]
Janice: ... how did you not know that? (When Stephen carries around tequila in his car..)
Jessica: I guess I'm an alcoholic virgin.

FIRST TO FINISH DINNER: Jessica Leung
[everyone staring]
Jessica: .. What?

AFTERWARDS, AT MY HOUSE - YES, IN BED.
Jessica: Stacy, you were GYRATING with JIMMY.
Stacy: I was not!
Jessica: Fine, you were GRINDING.
Stacy: I was not doing that either -_-;
Jessica: Janice, what was she doing?
Janice: Either gyrating, grinding, or preliminary back door entry. Stacy, you can pick.
Jessica: o.x
Stacy: O.X OF COURSE it's gyrating THEN. ::hisses and punches me::
Janice: OW.
Jessica: o.x

Subject | "Election"

This is just to say that at the current moment, I do NOT want to talk about the election. AT ALL. I'm not a "Democratic coward" or anything, I'm just exhausted and do not want to think about this at all. So don't bug me about the election.

That, and on a lighter note:

AOL is really irritating - why don't they become more competetive with faster internet? Jeez.

That and new chapter titles from Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince! Which were released several days ago but I didn't blog about them.
