Got Sarah's phone call. Couldn't find her number.

I am very tired. No energy to talk.

Yes, I was hospitalized today... they thought I might need my appendix removed.

That's not completely vetoed out, but for now the doctor said I have something else.

I feel sick. Am back home. Hope to be back at school Monday.

Thought you all would like to know. ::is on drugs now::

Two days ago, I had a fever of 101.5. [has digital thermometer]

Later that night, I had taken tylenol.

And it went up to 102.3.

Next morning, it was 99.1.

All was well. (How could it not be, going down three degrees?)

I came home from school and discovered I had fried the thermometer that morning with water.

I waited for it to dry out.

My temperature later? 101.9

Later that evening? 97.1.

Even better. I was only like, 0.5 off of normal.

And this morning (half an hour ago), I woke up because it was SO HOT, and I took my temperature.

What the hell - it was 103.2

So I took two tylenol and took a cold shower.

When I started this entry, it was 103.5

Now it's 102.2.

BUT WHY WON'T IT GO AWAY?! ;_; I feel so sick... I don't wanna go to school.... ::goes to get a cold compress:: I needed to blog a bit, thanks. Bye -.-;

:P I should've known that a quiz that determined which level of hell you belonged in would be popular among my friends...

For the record, Stacy didn't post her results but she got level 8. You people all got worse than me -.-; I'm disgusted.

Well, goes to show that all of my friends are evil ^_^ except for the twins! I can't believe they got level one.. you have to be, like, 100% innocent and kind for that one. :P

At any rate, I don't post quizzes here very often .. although I did like that one where it determined what color Yoshi you were :P ::snickers:: That's fun.

I beat The Legend of Zelda: Windwaker yesterday. "Beat it" meaning that I slapped around Ganon until he died, yeah. I didn't get all the treasure, but I did complete the trading sequence (which cost me several hundred rupees), and I'm running around decorating town right now. At any rate :) It was a fun game, but I have to admit I liked the previous Zelda games better in some respects - they really were classier, and I liked the plot better (this ending is kinda weird.. I wonder what the next Zelda will be like). One advantage this one had, though, was the lack of Navi going, "HEY! HEY! LOOK!", since the pirates are less irritating. :)

Must go eat brunch. Damn it, only FOUR MINUTES LEFT of Kare First Love chapter 7..

The Dante's Inferno Test has banished you to the Fifth Level of Hell!
Here is how you matched up against all the levels:
LevelScore
Purgatory (Repenting Believers)Very Low
Level 1 - Limbo (Virtuous Non-Believers)Very Low
Level 2 (Lustful)Moderate
Level 3 (Gluttonous)Moderate
Level 4 (Prodigal and Avaricious)Low
Level 5 (Wrathful and Gloomy)Very High
Level 6 - The City of Dis (Heretics)Very High
Level 7 (Violent)High
Level 8- the Malebolge (Fraudulent, Malicious, Panderers)Very High
Level 9 - Cocytus (Treacherous)High

Take the Dante's Divine Comedy Inferno Test

Am I evil? I just got the fifth level of hell. I got this from Queen's blog, and she only got the FIRST level of hell -.-; I'm feeling evil. Bleeeeeech. How disgusting - if I'm going to be evil, I should be in the 9th level of evil. I should be extreme! Very evil! Very very evil! But no - I got moderately evil.

Only a month left of school. ::chants it::

Oh! Quick note that I didn't add in the below blog entry. One, I'm making a new blog layout (I'm not the layout whore Augusto is, but I do what I can do), which will be Angel Sanctuary themed (pretty art!), but I don't know how to do what I want to do, and two, the secretary of Key Club gave me one of my sister's old KC bulletins! ^_^ I'm sooo impressed.. I don't want to show you mine, Joan, you'd laugh at me. (Hey, you had four pages back then!!! How come? We have six ;_;) So, yeah :P Now, how do I make a layout where I have a picture in the left column and a picture on the right column and the blog entries scrolling up and down in the middle column? (::has never done something like that before::)

Shite... haven't blogged for awhile. Been really, really tired.

Either that or playing video games until dawn. ^_^ It's the finer things in life, right, Spencer?

I did play Super Smash Brothers Melee with my oldest sister until about three a.m., but that's not the point. (Besides, half an hour of that was teaching her how to play :P) She usually played as Mario (how conventional XD) and once she acquired the umbrella, she went a little cuckoo. Cuckoo as in *smack smack smack*, anyway. She racked up a lot of damage with that thing, but unfortunately, one cannot perform a KO with that umbrella, hence why for our first few rounds she had almost no KO's (I play VS. mode so that KO = point) and I'd smack her beaten up enemies out of the level :P Zelda has a really good smash attack. ::cackles::

Anyway, I saw Matrix Reloaded on Sunday... we were in the VERY FRONT ROW and my headache lasted all through yesterday night and most of today. Uh, some decent action scenes - but might I add that the sex scene NEEDED TO DIE. Really, really pointless (uh, unless it was to show that Neo is still "human") and rather over-done and waaaaaay too much of Reaves' butt. Even worse was the dance sequence, with much gyrating and jumping and sweat flying every which way. (I'm surprised the dancers in that scene didn't keel from the scent.) Oh, and the many see-through shirts that the females wore (the males were bare-chested; why wear shirts?) were so very fascinating. (I was amused to find that Earl didn't appreciate that, though :P After all, my illusions that my male friends were above that sorta thing were shattered when Casey told me that Kirsten Dunst was hot, and did he ever appreciate that one rain scene in the Spiderman movie. Football players, jeez.)

I went to Jessica's blog today ^_^ um, yeah. I left a comment with my blog addy, so she can see mine if she likes. (If she normally comes here I wouldn't know, since she's never made a comment.) Happy Birthday, Jessica ^.^ the 19th, right? I saw her today but forgot to tell her since I only saw her for like, two seconds. It was right after the test to get into AP U.S. History... I think I did okay, and I think I'll get in, but it was one crap essay. -.-; I don't want to think about it... I was really tired (we had CAT-6 testing earlier today) and I just wanted to crash. Blech.

CAT-6 testing actually wasn't so bad. Some of the reading passages were from Sir Arthur Conan Doyle (yes, Sherlock Holmes), and that was a very amusing passage, and another was from Jane Austen (Northanger Abbey, I think I'm spelling that wrong). The poem about the sun killing the night had to go, though -.- so stupid. Dorkavorkian - 'scuse me, Vache - liked the story on Charlie Chaplin... hmm. It was a more interesting English test, although still really easy, but better to keep awake with. :) Anyway, gonna go crash.

Btw, Fakia is really cool and really hot and I hope he and Ahiru officially get together with out her reverting to bird form, because otherwise I have the squishy feeling that they'd still get together, and wow, that would be nasty.

[Just kidding :P]

Subject | "Disgust"

Disgust. It is not an uncommon word.

It is the feeling I have for myself for playing Super Smash Brothers Melee when I have two dialectical journals left to write. Which I'm doing now.

I know this is Earl's fault for lending it to me. Thank you though :P

It is also the digust I feel for the manga I just read. Now, I know there's trashy stuff out there, and I've ranted about it before.

But, er, what is the appeal in a manga about a young girl? Specifically, a young girl who is orphaned around the age of six and taken in by her kind and generous relative, who happens to be eighteen years old and male? In which the following happens: when that girl is fourteen and he is a perfectly-acceptable twenty six (and hasn't appeared to have aged a day), she finds her kind and generous relative has actually been sculpting her into his perfect vision of a female for the last eight years of her life, and so decides to begin making use of her.

Yes, exactly what you're thinking.

-__-; I'm so disgusted. The thing is, I really can't say it's THAT odd because anyone who's read Genji Monogatari (which is an extremely old Japanese novel written in the 1100's - first real "novel") would know that when Prince Genji first found Murasaki (his future wife), she was a very young child and he nearly thirty, but he was extremely taken with her pale skin and thick, dark hair (this scene sent shivers up my spine - he literally hid himself and watched her), so he kidnapped her before her father could come and get her, took her to his home, then waited until she was about twelve to rape her for the first time (the description in the novel is very generalized but it gets the point across quite clearly), upon which she cries and tries to get away, and he scolds her for being childish. Eventually, she gets used to it, but that's pretty much because she doesn't have a choice, since he quite literally closes marriage around her head. This manga is a lot stupider though -.-; This seems to be, "Oh, lookit the couple, how romantic to see them growing to love each other," while Genji had a whole lot of issues with just Murasaki and Genji (not getting into his other lovers, either).

PTutu 18 was great ^^ Ahiru! (And this would be an example of a perfectly clean show in which the dirtiest thing I've seen is Mytho [...] wearing a pajama shirt that just reaches his knees and no pajama bottoms, then proceeding to throw himself out the window. And yes, there's a breeze. But, thank heavens, nothing shows. (Not then, anyhow.)

Oh, and perhaps Uzura and her search for a "shippou-zura". But that's it!

Last thing: my sisters would find it interesting to know that our recently (not that recent anymore, is it?) married cousin is six months pregnant (how time flies by) and she's having a boy, and apparently her in-laws are ecstatic. I was hoping for a girl :x but little boys are awfully cute for awhile, so good for her. (When I said that, Mom made a disgusted face and said, "And then they get older..." ya think she's glad she just had daughters?) ::goes to work::

I just watched Princess Tutu episode 18.0... I WANT EPISODE 18.5. I was on the edge of my seat, then the episode ended -.- it was a very rude awakening. Anyway ^^ g'night, everyone.

:P Augusto needs to play the new Zelda game...

/me loves Zelda and thinks she's cool

I'm in the Earth temple right now.. I just entered. I keep wanting to throw the bird girl at walls just to see what will happen, but I have thus far restrained myself. For all I know, she could turn out to be like the pigs. ^_^ I want to play more, but I have to do some dialectical journals first... and the Key Club BULLETIN, TOO. ::freaks out slightly::

Mmm. I read the last volume of Angel Sanctuary today, and it was pretty good ^.^ not the best ending in existence, and I thought Setsuna was getting too philosophical for my taste, but that was to be expected, and it was a very fitting ending for the manga. There was, in the last chapter, a WONDERFUL, FANTASTIC picture of Alexiel and Lucifer that made me want to cry ^^ they're my favorite couple in AS... I really like them ^_^ they're so depressing. Omanga's image usage allows their stuff to be used as graphics and such as long as they get credit & a link, so I'll do that... ::grins:: It'll be the next blog layout. Expect a very black and white layout for the next one (color would not suit this couple)... I'm not a layout whore like Augusto, but I really want to have a fun layout for this. ^.^ It'll involve frames (or at least PHP or something or another), and I don't know how to do it O.O so I guess I'll have to learn, since I want it exactly how I see it in my mind. Maybe tables? (God, I hate tables.)

Man. Last night I stayed up until six playing Zelda. I'm addicted >.< this is so bad. It really is a great deal of fun, and battle tactics are, for the most part, greatly improved from the N64 games (I like the <> manuever a lot), but the enemies are a lot less classier (I'm missing the wolfos ;_; they were pretty), but they are harder, which is nice. I hate the rats though >.< I've lost like, a hundred rupees to them. ::bitter::

Tingle is still on crack, btw. And Earl was right: there is WAY TOO MUCH SAILING in this game. Only good thing about sailing is that I can keep picking up treasure chests from the bottom whenever I see a treasure marker, but that didn't do me any good while I had a 200 rupee max wallet, and now I only have a 1000 rupee wallet, and I want the 5000 one. -.- I'm a bit crazy for money.

Alright, back to the damn dialectical journals.. ::hisses at English teacher:: These are due Wednesday, but if I don't do them now, I never will. It's on To Kill A Mockingbird, which is really good so far, but if I have to hear more lectures from this teacher on it, I think she's going to make me hate it. ::despises The Odyssey:: Anyway, I have to do math homework too... yuck. I wasted so much time away with Zelda... damn it.

AND WHY ISN'T TALEEN AT HOME!? ::panicks::

Rebecca was great. Fantastic novel ^^ really lovely, really chilly, really freaking fantastic. I adored it... I'm going to have to quote a line from it for one of my IY fanfics, because it fits Kikyou & Inuyasha so very well. (I'm not talking about Rebecca and Maxim, btw, for those who have read it :P) Short blog entry. Oh well ^^; I have a lot of English and History homework... I already blew two or three hours reading Sanctuary, which I'm not really that fond of so I don't quite know why I bought it... (I'm going to buy something, let me buy a trash novel I enjoy.) Scratch that; sometimes I do enjoy it a great deal. I'm just in a rather dark mood, I guess :P while reading Rebecca, I decided to take a ten minute nap (I was very involved in the book, but I was TIRED), and so I programmed my watch to go off in ten minutes. Either I programmed it wrong or it wore itself out trying to wake me up(either one is a very strong possiblity), but I didn't blink my eyes open. And so I woke up again at four in the morning on page 146 out of 456 and panicked, just slightly.

Whatever :P I was done by 6:30. What an easy read, and I really don't think I was speed reading, either (like I did for The Three Musketeers). It was really just very addictive and the plot very memorable (extremely memorable, heavens). :) I'd recommend it to anyone.

I disagree with Manik about the ending, though :P

How freaking cool is that :P), and that Kristi Yamaguchi is having a baby in October ^^ she's married to an NHL player (that's hockey, right?), which I think is funny since it reminds me of The Cutting Edge. :) But, I think that's pretty neat since I adored her when I was little (it was pretty darn cool to see her ice skating at the last summer Olympics). Anyway, gotta go read some 400+ pages :P wish me luck.

Well, hello, darlings ^.^ today is a wonderful day.

Today is the birthday of Golda Meir.

But although that is indeed a special reason, it is also because today is my birthday - oh yes, the one and only (stop heaving sighs of relief), the spectacular, Janice.

Never mind that I know two people who share both my first and last name. Hum.

:) I'd better go shopping soon for chips and soda & renting that DVD (I'm gonna rent X-Men, lol, since I just blogged about the second one yesterday) or I won't get it in time... anyway, I'm pretty happy that I'm sixteen now (and I will be so for another 365 days or so) and I'm searching for a place that sells the cheapest possible combination pack of a Ninendo Gamecube, game [Mario or Zelda or Smash], a controller, and the neccessary memory card (because I can't save games without it). Why? :D Because that's what my dad is getting me for my b-day! I'm to pay for a quarter of the cost, but I certainly don't mind ^^ isn't that spiffy? (Btw, anyone know of a good deal?) I'm so happy ^^ he and my family got me an N64 when I turned ten... ::grins:: This is great. I feel like such a little kid, but I really did want one, ever since it came out last year (and when the new Zelda game came out, even more). I'm not really outgrowing video games, am I? But I won't really be able to play it until the summer anyway... and believe it or not, I think I *can* restrain myself. But this day is shaping up to be great so far :) love to the world, except for a certain piece of shrubbery. (Get it? Hm.)

Anyway, Happy Birthday to myself, lol, and I hope everyone reading this has a good day today :) [I already finished all my homework, especially all those packets for Barberia, so I'm good :P] Usually my b-day's are kinda stressful, but so far it's kinda relaxed ^.^ and my room is really clean. Anyway, bye ^.~

YEEEEEEARGH.

::makes yowling noises::

What a terrific day :P never mind that the first part of it was tedious and rather boggy (surprise, surprise, my english teacher gave us more homework), or that it began to rain at practice and I was freezing cold. ^.^

Because I JUST SAW X-2!!!!!!! ::screams::

Oh my god, it was fantastic ^.^ such a fun movie! And it came with some great trailers, some of which I've already seen (Matrix Reloaded), and even though Legally Blonde II looks rather - well, blonde - I'm looking forward to seeing that too ^.^ Oh my god oh my god oh my god!!! After the movie, there was a great deal of screaming and "Oh my god" echoing through the theater from me ^^ I wasn't alone though. :) Anyway, talk about foreshadowing for another sequel... heaven knows I want one. !!! I won't talk about it right now though because I doubt anyone reading this has really watched it yet (it is opening day after all) and I want everyone to read my entry without being spoiled :) just know that it was FANTASTIC and I am definitely going back just to watch it again.

For the record, though, Jean Grey is still my favorite X-Man (I think when I was little, I just picked her 'cause she was a girl and pretty), but James Marsden is really cute and although Hugh Jackman could do without the sideburns, he's really hot ^^ I wanna see an X-3!!

I'll discuss this when I have someone to talk to ^^ the twins and I are going to just burn through conversation.. man. I haven't seen such a fun movie in a really long time, so I was really glad I forked up the seven bucks for it. Sarah wanted to see this awhile ago, and so after swim practice today, she, Stacy and I went over to go. Sarah graciously went over right after school to purchase tickets for the 7:00 show, and thank heavens she did, because she bought just about the last three tickets X_X the pre and post shows were both sold out, too. Shocking. I guess we weren't the only ones who wanted to see X-2 this weekend :P I hope it kills the competition so that the studios make a sequel that finishes up this arc (and continues the new one, which was strongly hinted at!! a familiar arc, too ^.~)

Anyway. :) In about two hours, I'll be sixteen years old ^^ I'm having a fairly limited birthday party, which is why I couldn't invite a lot of people ;_; but I am having some people over, which means that Janice will be cleaning the house a great deal tomorrow. For now, though, I'm just riding the enthusiasm of having seen X-2 at the AMC 6. ::bounces up and down:: X-3!!!!!!!!!

Note: one knows when Janice is on crack when she resorts to more than one exclamation mark, which happens to be a pet peeve of hers. Hmm.

OMG! I'm entering this: http://biz.yahoo.com/prnews/030502/nyf015_1.html I'd never win, but I'd never forgive myself if I didn't at least try. ::cramming brain:: Anyway. O.O I feel really hyper right now... how the heck am I gonna get to sleep :P (cue to read some nora roberts novels)

Anyway :) Onee-san, did you take a look at the Hime-chan scanlations? ^^; the zip is gone so I'm guessing you did. I made some errors ^^; anyway, get back to me. :) I wish myself a Happy Birthday, and now farewell!
