Well, it's official. School sucks.
All things considering, things didn't start off so bad. All my classes - excepting one - are just dandy. Ms. Grogan is great (no more Beidelman), Ms. Pauer is really nice, Mr. Thomson seems fantastic, Ms. Mills is - well, we didn't do much but she seems nice - Ms. Weiser is same as last year (just fine), and so it looks okay, even though I got a lot of homework. Oh, and there are two TENTH GRADERS in my Calculus AB AP class, which I think is really weird (they took pre-cal this summer, apparently).
Mr. Childress is insane and I'm transferring out of his class first thing. End of story. I know I told Christina I'd stay in there, but he's nuts, and I figured that out after finding out that 90% of his classes last year averaged a 1 on the AP.
Also, any teacher that calls his students "freaking little bitch" is not exactly one I want to deal with. Oh, and he acts like a three year old (what is he doing, bashing Mr. Thomson, Marguay & Haynes?).
So I'm going to try to get into AP Physics. Let me rephrase that - I will sit in Ms. Inga's office and call my mom until I get into AP Physics. There we go.
Spoken words: 11 have fallen.
btw...did I mention that I don't like school???

Congratulations on being human! He had half-convinced me to stay when he said we would not end up with Cs if we worked hard, but then I snapped when his precious book proved to be unavailable. Now, with the knowledge that nobody passes the exam under his tutelage, I really want out.
The problem for me is that I'm taking Algebra 2 in this, my junior year, and the two previous science classes I've taken have not been honors. I probably need an AP science class to show colleges. Maybe I can look into AP Chem. Aren't they offering that this year? Does anyone have it?

school = teh suxxor.
Grogan = Stupid letter crap due tomarrow (it IS due tomarrow isn't it? I'm not doing this for no reason)

I have no idea if they're offering AP Chem. I know that they wanted to, but so few people knew about it (it wasn't on the list of optional classes last year during class-choosing time) that they couldn't have it. Anyone would be better than Childress, though.
Yes, Andrew, the letter is due tomorrow. I just finished Thomson's interview thingy (it's long and brilliant, I tell you), at any rate, so I must do the letter now. Ooh, look, 9:30 and I'm almost halfway done. Joy.

Oh, yes, forgot to say - it's highly possible that if there are enough people interested in taking AP Chemistry with Dr. Thompson, they could open it up.

okie...I talked to Lucy (Andrew already knows this) but AP chem needs more people...cuz right now only 8 people are in it...and I think you need more then that to start a class (I think 20). So try to find others that also want the class.
