Haneoka.net? One of nice things about having a domain is that you don't have to come up with a webpage name other than the actual URL. Haneoka Meimi from Kaitou Saint Tail is one of my favorite characters in anime/manga, and I just love her last name (and the way Asuka Jr. says it)! Haneoka is a favored nick of mine, particularly from my days on IRC, and a fitting name for my first domain. ^_^

I've been making websites since 1997, but my history with anime/manga fandom started several years later. I first started out in the world of Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon fandom, in the category of fan fiction. Later I started getting interested in other mahou shoujo series like Kaitou Saint Tail and Hime-chan no Ribon. After deciding I wanted to start making sites for my growing interest in different anime and manga series, I needed a place to link them all together. Eventually I got around to throwing the first layout (featuring Kaitou Saint Tail, of course), during the summer of 2001. It started out as a small collective of sites, but it's growing and when I find the time, that will continue.

This collective is the result of hours upon hours (upon hours! :) of hard work, but not just mine. There is someone else without whom much of this would not have been possible. That would be Kylara, my little sister. Without her, sites such as my review site and my Episode 1 site would not have a fraction of the content that they do now. She is my partner, not just a contributor, of those sites. ^_~

• Note : Trying to get as far as possible from the wintery, blue-ness of the last layout, I was browsing through my edited pictures and found a nice KST pic. I was going to work with a CCS image, but I've done so many with Sakura--how about my neglected Saint Tail? ^^ The layout didn't take too long since I already had the editing done, but I like how it turned out, since originally it was going to be a rearranged version of the last layout. I managed to make it look a little more interesting than before. Right? :)
