Finally! At the Beginning: Episode One has a new layout and a summary from my new favorite anime, Princess Tutu. Another update at Shoujo Series Scans, as usual. A Random Walk got a little update; more once I get the shitajiki & manga that I've ordered. Now it's Thanksgiving and then finals for me, so not many (or any) updates till late December. =)

Where are the 404 error referrals coming from? I try so hard to clean out broken links. >.> If you find a broken link, please e-mail me...are people incorrectly linking to a page? ;p I know it's annoying, that's why I want to fix it...In any case, Shoujo Series Scans & Dribbles of Design both got substantial updates. Also, I finally estimated that I will have my Kaitou Saint Tail website ready...next year. :P I need winter break to actually finish all the content. That's all, folks.

Shockingly enough, I've given Four Degrees of Romance, my mostly static selective Usagi/Mamoru fan fiction archive, a major revamp, with a new layout plus new fanfics. Though my SM collective is closed, I am still interested in keeping the archive online and updated every now and then. :) Also new is Kylara's blog, Karenai.

Whee, new layout. I was obsessing so much after a midterm that I sat down and started editing that Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne pic for almost two hours (see a small version here). The KKJ layout is in honor of a KKJ scanlations mini-project that Kylara and I did, which you can check out at Shoujo Series Scans. SSS & ARW are getting the most updates of my anime/manga sites, and while I'm planning stuff for AA, who knows when. The Kaitou Saint Tail site is still being worked on. I'm looking forward to going home for Thanksgiving. ^_-

haneoka.net was down yesterday while I transferred servers. I'm sure everyone survived, but sorry for the inconvenience. ^^ All sites can now correctly (i.e. no fake frame placeholders) be accessed through [ http://haneoka.net/sitename/ ]. As for site updates, there's a new layout for haneoka.net (featuring the lovely Saint Tail, the patron mahou shoujo heroine of this domain), and new layouts and notices for sites in Moonlight Destiny. Expect more updates once I finish my first round of papers, especially since now I have plenty of web space. ;)

Soon, but not yet! Another site will be joining haneoka.net. :) I started work on a general Kaitou Saint Tail site in 2001 (oops...) but I got sidetracked. School, work, stress, all that. Recently I took a look at my work and realize that I have a lot done! I've got a lot more to do, but it's not as far off from something postable as I originally thought. It'll be a work-in-progress when it's posted, but that's okay, since it'll give me something to focus on.

When to look for it? Not sure...target date is within a month from now. But before then, updates will keep on occurring at Shoujo Series Scans, A Random Walk, and Anime Appetizers, most likely in that order. Kylara's pretty busy with homework (though I seriously doubt it's as bad as she makes it sound :P) and I've got papers/midterms (two next week!) so Episode 1 is going to be a little static, since summaries take a lot of time to do. Some updates scheduled for Moonlight Destiny and the rest of my SM sites, but that'll be posted here when it's done. That's it.

I also put up a guestbook for the site. I've had one for my personal site for a while, but it's been a heck of a long time since I've bothered to use one for any other sites. Anyway, comment to your heart's content, I'd like to hear feedback.

Also a new layout, featuring Chihiro & co. from the wonderful movie, Spirited Away, which I also reviewed at Anime Appetizers. Some site updates done already; there will be more individual site updates, but since the semester has just started, don't count on them being regular/frequent. Thanks. ;)

Well, here are some updates I bet you'd never expect. Reflections, my personal site, has a brand new layout and revised content on all pages. In addition, the HTML Tutorial section of that site has had some welcome changes made. I added a page on making tables, as well as revised and cleaned up the rest of the pages. Hopefully it's easier to understand and use.

And another new site? Yep, Kylara is working on a website, along with her friend Yumi. No idea what the name of the site's going to be yet, but part of it will be hosted here, so look forward to it!

Ta da! I finally accomplished something that I've actually been meaning to do! And that is, my new site, Dribbles of Design. If you recall, I've had a note in the Personal Sites section for a while saying that I was planning a site with my archived layouts. And it's finally up! Pretty bare bones, for the most part. I couldn't dig up all of my old layouts (i.e. my original Reflections layout from 1997), but a great deal is up there. So check it out! ^_^ Updates on a few other sites as well...and I'm planning a few more layout changes before school bogs me down again.

Summer's halfway through, and I've done about half the updates that I really need to do. I've finally gotten to updating sites, making new layouts and adding content, as you can see on the various site pages (remember that I don't post notices here when I made individual site updates). Hope you enjoy this updating spree while it lasts, and enjoy the rest of your summer, as I try to also. ^_^

Ah, you're probably expecting some excuses, apologies, and at the very least, some substantial updates. At the moment, I really have none of the above to offer you. However, I did finally get rid of my holiday layout (as cute as Ran was, I was fully aware that the layout was either six months out of date or six months premature) and I made a new layout that's competing for the most boring ever.

As for site updates, I expect my interest in my sites and free time to pick up...sooner or later. It might be difficult, as I'm currently taking summer school and working part-time, but Kylara should be picking up on her work. So, who knows what'll happen next? We plan on sticking around for a while, and maybe we'll see you again soon. We do have a few surprises planned...

Uploaded all of my sites to my school webspace account except for Shoujo Series Scans. My scans site will be back when Tripod is back, because I don't want to dump 20 MB of scans and resulting bandwidth on my school account. I still cannot connect to any of my Tripod accounts, but I'm still getting hits on some of my Tripod pages, so I have no idea what's up with that. If there are errors (i.e. pages not uploaded), please let me know and I'll take care of it eventually. Also, my @haneoka.net e-mail has been acting oddly lately - I still get the e-mail sent there, but up to six or more hours late. No idea why. Anyway, I'm off to study for finals, so happy holidays everyone! ^_^

Tripod servers seem to be down, where about half of my sites are hosted. I can't even connect via ftp, and I have no idea how long this downtime will last (hey, it could be back up right now). I was planning to move most of my sites to my school's webserver anyway (no banners, hooray), so it looks like I'll have to do that sooner than initially planned. Back to studying history for now though.

Wow, I haven't had to do any math since high school. How I came up with that equation up there is beyond me. ;p I managed to roll out a new December layout - nothing very impressive, but papers are wearing me out. The layout features Kotobuki Ran from the manga GALS!, and the image is from the December issue of Ribon that I just picked up last week. Anyway, don't expect to see many updates in mid-late December, although I may manage to squeeze in a few before finals week. Who knows? :)

But before I succumb, let me present my brand-new, extremely-small, still-under-major-construction, without any of the scans that I want to be up there site (yes, that's a run-on and I did it on purpose ;), A Random Walk! It's just a site with lists of my various anime/manga/related items, and it needs a lot of work (besides more content). But oh well, check it out. ;)

*zzz* I need to snooze, but I promised myself I'd get this layout up by Halloween. Why? Because it fits! I was flipping through my Sakura Cards and I felt the image would make a terrific layout. ^_- I had to do a lot of editing in a rush, so it's a bit messy---but you can check out the original image here. Right. I expect to have the time to make more substantial site updates later on this month (turkey month, hooray!). More scans, reviews, summaries, and so on. Now, time to crash! I know, updates are a bit slow this month. (This month? How about always? ^_-) Right after I finished those three papers I was whining about last month (see below), midterm season started. In fact, I have one tomorrow. Procrastination everywhere. Sites are being periodically updated; Kylara has been busy too (writing fanfics! yay~). The domain has been revamped and reorganized. I plan on switching to complete paid hosting sometime late this year or early next year.

Anyway, hope you like the new layout, which I love because it's clean and looks all right in all resolutions (I believe...). I edited that picture of Maron from Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne from scratch! ...Site news. Updates are slow but there are a few. I have three papers due next week (>_<) but on the bright side, I now have cable so I've been downloading massively. I also made a spiffy new site that basically houses lists (and lists only!) of my collections of anime series, anime extras, manga, etc...for some odd reason, I worked really hard on a site that I'm not posting the link to! (It's for personal use. ^.~) But I still want to show off the layout, so here's a small screen shot. Thanks to Antigone for providing me with the Totoro images to scan, even if she didn't know I was going to make a design out of it. XD Isn't she great? (Haiiiiiiiiii)

haneoka.net has existed since September 8, 2001. Before the actual domain was bought, haneoka's collective existed since July 18, 2001. For some reason I didn't archive the updates until sometime in September...so there you go. :)
